Every pair at KixCustoms is hand-painted and made to order, so your delivery time covers both production and shipping. Here's what to expect.

Processing — 1–2 days

We confirm your design details and prepare your order for production.

Handmade production — 4–6 days

Your sneakers are hand-painted one pair at a time. Complex designs may take slightly longer.

Delivery — 7–10 days

Once your pair is finished it ships straight to your door. Most orders arrive in around 7 days.

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary slightly depending on your location and local customs processing.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way. You can also check status anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Returns & Cancellations

Because every pair is custom-made specifically for you, returns are limited to cases where the product arrives defective or damaged.

Orders also can't be cancelled or changed once placed, as production begins shortly after confirmation. Please double-check your size and design before checking out.
